Kitchen is soooo much nicer when it works, and when there is a window to look out through as you cook 🙂 I opted out of installing a kitchen fan, as there really is no room for it and also, as the clearance to the next level is about 6 meters.
Interesting detail: As I cleared out the top floor, I found tons of century old, porcelain isolators. They proved to just perfect as door/cupboard handles in the kitchen.
